The American destiny

The creative force at the dawn of a new future by Jon Rappoport January 11, 2019 (To join our email list, .) Whenever a breakthrough occurs for the individual, there is a stepping back, a retrenching, a delay, an attempt to reset the clock and push the breakthrough away. This delay tactic can last a week, a month, or, historically, a hundred years.

Independent Education: the crisis and the crossroad

by Jon Rappoport December 25, 2018 A hundred fifty years ago, at least some Americans recognized that all serious discourse depended on the use of the faculty called Reason. Formal debate, science, and law all flowed from that source. A common bond existed in some schools of the day. The student was expected to learn how Reason operates, and for that he was taught the only subject which could lay out, as on a long table, the visible principles: Logic. This was accepted. But now, this bond is gone.

Independence Day of the Soul

by Jon Rappoport July 4, 2018 Trumpets blare. In the night sky, spotlights roam. A great confusion of smoke and dust and fog, and emerging banners carry the single message: WE. The great meltdown of all consciousness into a glob of utopian simplicity… There are denizens among us. They present themselves as the Normals.

Is this the century of secession?

by Jon Rappoport June 20, 2018 Here is the political question of our time: Will it be one future for all, or many futures side by side? Read on. &;Any movement toward secession is a good thing, no matter how ill-conceived. It puts a different idea in minds: defect, decentralize, opt out, strive to become more self-sufficient. This idea can spawn many new strategies, over the long run.

Breaking: It isn’t the genes; the genes don’t rule

Breaking: It isn’t the genes: the genes don’t rule by Jon Rappoport May 10, 2018 In the grab-bag field of research involving human genes, some biologists have speculated that the 20,000 components of the genome are not enough to explain human function and behavior. They have gone to another level&;there must be additional programming that directs the genes to carry out multiple tasks.

Facebook censorship: the grotesque mainstream solution

Facebook censorship: the grotesque mainstream solution by Jon Rappoport April 11, 2018 The problem with Facebook started a long time ago. They used their money to promote their social media operations, and tons of users jumped on board, believing that conventional rules of free speech applied. That was a mistake. The mistake was on the level of believing the military-industrial complex is only interested in legitimate defense of the nation; or believing the pharmaceutical industry is only interested in alleviating existing illness with safe drugs.

Illiteracy leads to censorship

Illiteracy leads to censorship by Jon Rappoport March 7, 2018 “…intellectual freedom is a deep-rooted tradition without which our characteristic western culture could only doubtfully exist. From that tradition many of our intellectuals are visibly turning away. They have accepted the principle that a book should be published or suppressed, praised or damned, not on its merits but according to political expediency. And others who do not actually hold this view assent to it from sheer cowardice.” (George Orwell, 1953)

Globalism, Socialism, Technocracy: three names for the same thing

Globalism, Technocracy, Socialism: three names for the same thing by Jon Rappoport February 15, 2018 Every “universal” solution for humankind presupposes a gigantic flaw in the way things are. That flaw must be corrected. It must be corrected from above, by a better system, which locks the door against an escape back into the old way. The first casualty in this utopian process is freedom. In fact, freedom is viewed as THE flaw. It opens Pandora’s Box, thus releasing all human ills, crimes, devastations, and inequities.

A new reality is here

A new reality is here This is what I’d call a “long-range” article. Very long-range by Jon Rappoport February 5, 2018 “The One Great Reality for Everyone has been fading away. The One has become the Many. What did you expect? This is what you get when you get freedom. Multi-dimensional Reality.” (The Magician Awakes, Jon Rappoport) The new reality is Decentralized Power. It’s not a distant hope. It’s happening.

Logic and the Declaration of Independence

Logic and the Declaration of Independence &;What are your premises? State them. What implications flow from your premises? State them. What conclusion do you draw? State it. In a bygone era, this used to be called a formal logical argument&; by Jon Rappoport January 29, 2018

Just in time: a new holiday

Just in time: a new holiday by Jon Rappoport December 10, 2017 &;Central government employs many meddlers. They have found the one thing they can do: mind other people’s business. Otherwise, they’d be pumping gas in Death Valley.&; (The Underground, Jon Rappoport)

The violent attack on Senator Rand Paul: will the punishment fit the crime?

The violent attack on Senator Rand Paul: will the punishment fit the crime? by Jon Rappoport November 10, 2017 Breitbart reports: “Kentucky Senator Rand Paul’s injuries are more serious than previously reported, following an attack, allegedly by one of his neighbors, last week in Bowling Green, KY.” “’A medical update: final report indicates six broken ribs & new X-ray shows a pleural effusion‬,’ tweeted the Republican senator Wednesday.”

The NFL, ESPN, and Mike Wilbon

The NFL, ESPN, and Mike Wilbon by Jon Rappoport October 13, 2017 I write this article because there is a pernicious new understanding loose in the land: private property doesn’t exist, no individual owns anything, and “everything belongs to everybody.” It’s basically a Marxist view, to the degree that Marx’s gibberish can be understood. Over at ESPN, vaunted show host, Mike Wilbon, weighed in on Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, who announced that any of his players who didn’t stand up for the National Anthem would be benched.

Pentagon paid for patriotism at NFL games

Pentagon paid for patriotism at NFL games by Jon Rappoport September 28, 2017 If politics is the last refuge of scoundrels, as the old saying goes, then constant calls for Unity is the last refuge of politicians. The hits keep coming in the farce called NFL football. “We’re all in this together.”

If football were canceled, would America go insane?

If football were canceled, would America go insane? by Jon Rappoport September 28, 2017 College football is a frenzy of student fans and local supporters, who in some cases extend to a whole state (e.g., Alabama). The players are heavily recruited, and most of them hardly qualify as “student-athletes.” They’re at the school to play football and they hope to enter the NFL, where the money is. The players make extraordinary amounts of $$ for the colleges, but none for themselves (excluding under the table cash and gifts).

Open letter to NFL players: you’re being used

An open letter to NFL players: you’re being used Try being politically INcorrect if you want some real answers by Jon Rappoport September 26, 2017 Dear NFL Players: In case you’ll only read a few worlds of this story, I’ll get right to the point. You’re being used. You’re being duped into focusing on the wrong issue: police brutality against black people. If you actually want to solve what’s happening to black people in inner cities, police brutality is way down on the list.

Trump goes to war with NFL: what happened

Trump goes to war with the NFL: what happened by Jon Rappoport September 25, 2017 There is a ton of news about what the current NFL protests mean, politically speaking. For the moment, I’m leaving that out. I want to take a different angle. The first thing to know is that Donald Trump once played a key role in an upstart pro football league called the USFL, which lasted three seasons (1983-85) before it collapsed.
