Je rappelle que la “propagande”, c’est principalement cette masse de (des)information qui s’abat sur la population d’un pays par le biais de ses médias grands publics.

Et que, nos systèmes médiatiques étant ce qu’ils sont, il y a ainsi une propagande dans chaque pays, qui va la plupart du temps dans le sens du gouvernement (je vous renvoie aux travaux de Noam Chomsky).

Donc il y a évidemment une propagande russe, mais elle s’exerce surtout en Russie, sur la population russe.
