Je m’appelle pierre Dutheil, j’habite dans les Cévennes à coté du Vigan. Amoureux de la région, et conscient de l’environnement très favorable aux abeilles; je suis venu m’installer en bordure du parc national des Cévennes comme apiculteur pour récolter prioritairement du miel de châtaignier, du miel de bruyère et de toutes fleurs des Cévennes. Pas trop éloigné de la plaine, je peux aussi faire hiverner mes ruches plus bas en altitude et ainsi faire une récolte de miel de garrigue, à l’occasion.
