Update (1250ET): To borrow a phrase popularized by millennials, Sen. Rand Paul has found “the receipts” apparently proving that Dr. Fauci lied about the NIH financing “gain of function” research for bat coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institue of Virology.

MIT biologist Kevin Esvelt reviewed this paper that was published with financial assistance from Dr. Fauci’s NIH/NIAID and concluded “certain techniques that the researchers used seemed to meet the definition of gain-of-function”

A consortium of investors led by the Soros Economic Development Fund (SEDF) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation are buying UK-based COVID testing company, Mologic, which has developed a 10-minute coronavirus test – and is best known for its deep-nostril swab test for the virus.

As analysts blamed the delta variant for Monday’s market ructions, Dr. Anthony Fauci said in an interview that the variant is increasingly becoming the “dominant” strain in the US, while he continued to share data about the efficacy of American-made vaccines despite the growing evidence that the efficacy they provide against Delta is much lower than some believe.

As the world awaits the trial of Jeffrey Epstein ‘madame’ Ghislaine Maxwell, the Daily Mail reported Friday – citing information revealed in a forthcoming podcast – that President Bill Clinton flew on Epstein’s “Lolita Express” (the private jet belonging to the deceased billionaire and convicted pedophile) during a trip to Taiwan, Japan and China. At some point during the trip, Clinton and Ghislaine were joined by billionaire Ted Waitt.

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said Friday the riotous looting that transformed parts of the country into a warzone was planned, and his “government would not allow anarchy, mayhem” to continue as 25,000 troops have begun to deploy.

“It is quite clear that all these incidents of unrest and looting were instigated, there were people who planned it and coordinated it,” Ramaphosa said.

(The seven dwarfs don’t get to vote on whether to let some random lady invade their homosocial commune; the handsome king doesn’t just wave handsomely while parliament throws chairs.) So when we do get a story that pits good versus evil, the media gobbles it up. Good story, easily told.
