People in the boats are holding up signs to explain the reason for the firing.

Trump’s firing of James Comey yesterday proves that even those who carry water for the president are not safe. Trump is in greater peril, it seems, by the hour. And in response, the long knives are out for anyone who is less than 100 percent dependable.

He needs unquestioned loyalists around him — especially in the office that could send almost anyone to prison.

After all, Trump and his cronies are investigable for so very many things, from questionable business dealings and conflicts of interest to tax matters to allegedly colluding with the Russian government.

Voici comme d’habitude un appel à l’entraide pour la traduction de textes anglais, par une collaboration via Framapad.

I have been a supporter of home schooling for many years. There is one overriding reason: the quality of the education can exceed, in many cases, what is offered in public or private schools.

The far right in France has never been closer to power than now, leading into this Sunday’s elections.

With the very existence of the European Union in question, the stakes could not be higher. Can Marine Le Pen, the “French Donald Trump,” win?

French polls say the answer is no.

Emmanuel Macron, a passionately pro-Europe independent, is forecast to win by 18 to 22 percent in the second and final round of voting.

Nous vivons une bien triste campagne.

Ce qui me sidère le plus, c’est qu’aucun débat n’ait eu lieu sur quelques mesures pour améliorer la Démocratie, ni même pour tirer des leçons des problèmes rencontrés.
