Polly Tommey, producer of the famous documentary, Vaxxed, has been banned from Australia. If that sounds quite insane—it is.

Vaxxed has been screening across the world. It is an explosive revelation about egregious fraud at the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

At a July 19 meeting in the situation room with his military advisers, President Donald Trump reportedly said he wanted to fire the commander of US forces in Afghanistan, General John Nicholson. He was dissatisfied with him because he was not winning the war and, officials said, Trump openly questioned the quality of the advice he was receiving.

Republicans have tried to cement their power for years by putting in place various schemes to disenfranchise likely Democratic constituencies. Now that millennials might finally become more involved in the political process, will the right to vote of young people come under assault as well, and if so, how?

Usually, the phrase “kill the messenger” is a bit of overwrought hyperbole.

But that was not the case late last month when House Republicans almost did just that. The House considered amendments to a spending bill that could have gutted that very inconvenient messenger, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).
