The White House was locked down for about 45 minutes early Tuesday morning following reports of a suspicious package near the grounds.

The unknown man allegedly approached a uniform officer at 15th Street and Pennsylvania Ave at around 10:15 a.m, yelled that he had a bomb and threw something over the White House fence.

The package was discovered near the North Lawn and the man was later detained by the Secret Service.

Recently, I was a guest on a radio show. At one point, I cited a mainstream journal review I have mentioned many times—the famous 2000 Journal of the American Medical Association revelation by Dr. Barbara Starfield, which concluded that the US medical system kills 225,000 people a year in the US.

The interviewer asked whether mentioning this could dangerously convince people not to go to a doctor, when they should see a doctor.

I hadn’t heard that gem in a long time.

President Donald Trump has told House Speaker Paul Ryan to pull the HOP health care bill. In what is the biggest crisis of his young presidency, Mr Trump was told by Paul Ryan that the bill would not pass the House.
